Entry #10

"Get jacked!" "Get pumped!" "Gain 10 pounds in 10 days!" Walk into any vitamin store and You'll get the idea that you can be cut like a bodybuilder in no TIME! Protein powders compete for shelf space with muscle enhancers and testosterone boosters. You'll find energy drinks, protein bars, amino-acid packets, and even muscle-building oatmeal with 30 grams of protein. Tempting, but do they really work?
First off i wanna make one thing clear because i know that when most people think of muscle supplements they immediately think of "steroids". For those of you who for some reasons don't know what they are: Steroids jack up testosterone when "injected" to forces testosterone from the body. Which leads to extreme muscle growth but since they do not work naturally it only last for a limited time. At this point one would call this the "elastic clause" Or in other words what comes up must come down. So the negatives of this for men and in some cases women that increase of testosterone change the way a person looks completely and for women it makes them grow facial hair and gives them a more masculine look. But what it does for men is much worse aside for the fact that it lowers your lifespan extremely fast, it also reduce men's "manly hood" tenfold.Which is why they were removed from store shelves in 2005 due to safety concerns and concerned illegal in all off america. But supplement makers have responded with natural products purported to boost this muscle-building sex-hormone.  Not everything is bad for you so when you hear the words muscle supplement think of :proteins, preworkouts, fat-burners, amino-fast, omega 3s, and creatine.
SO yes! there are ways to help if your planning on building muscles. But of course always! consult your doctor before make such changes to your body. ;) P.S heres a link if you need help finding some that are 100% safe guarantee --->https://www.bluestarnutraceuticals.com/
